3. PROBATION PERIOD
While other staffing and employment agencies demand a 90 days trial period, we at Asada Professional Staffing, as a curtesy to our Payrolling clients will do a 60 day free conversion period. We strongly believe that in 60 days, you would have had a very good evaluation of the employee’s job performance, attitude and adaptation to your company’s vision and culture.
4. BACKGROUND CHECK
We do all the reference background checks and criminal checks as required by you. This will free up your human resources time and financial cost to your business.
5. EMPLOYER OF RECORD
By payrolling, the employee(s) knows that Asada Professional Staffing is their employer of record and most of the risk associated with employees will be passed down to Alliance Staffing inc. most especially your Unemployment Rate assesment with unemployment claims.
