SCREENING
Since we take great pride in providing first class employees to our clients, our screening process is thorough. All previous work experiences are checked. Information is computer accessible for easy retrieval during the placement process.
RECRUITING
Recruiting well qualified employees is the core to providing qualitative services to our clients. All our advertising, testing, screening and scouting through schools and the job force are channeled towards achieving set standards and objective.
TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT
During our orientation classes, we stress the importance of good work ethics – attendance, punctuality, attitude, cooperation, quality work, safety and team spirit as their transfer from temporary to permanent employee may depend on the above mentioned and availability of position.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD
Our clients get to test the employee(s) for 60 to 90 days or as long as necessary before putting them on their payroll.
There is no conversion fees to hire our employees as long as a minimum 60 days on our payroll is completed.
PAYROLLING
This is a process whereby an employer recruit potential employee and placed them on Asada Professional Staffing payroll. Asada Professional Staffing assume the responsibility of all benefits in addition to the payroll taxes including Federal, State, Unemployment etc.
The client will be billed on a weekly basis on an agreed bill rate for the employee’s hourly payroll wages. Time card will be generated, approved signed and faxed to Asada Professional Staffing by the company’s authorized supervisor or manager for the employee to get paid.
